The Tailfin rack does feel really solid and it looks like it's been made well. I just expected a little more considering the price. A couple of parts had small marks straight out of the box, and getting it fitted took longer than I thought it would. It’s been fine on rides so far, so no real complaints there. Just not 5 stars for me

I picked up the tailfin rack for some longer rides, and I was surprised by how light it feels. It does not make the bike feel bulky or awkward, even with a bit of gear on it. Getting it fitted took me a little while, but now that it is on, I am really happy with it so far.

Ordered from tailfin.cc this was a smooth experience. Got a few updates along the way, and the package showed up earlier than I thought it would. No hassle or anything like that, so yeah, happy with it

Had my tailfin rack on for a few rides now. bike handling still feels really good. Even loaded up. No weird wobble or anything sketchy. Just feels solid.

I’ve had this for about two years now and put a lot of miles on it, and it still works great. I was kind of expecting to run into some issue by now, especially since I never really trust customer service to be much help if something goes wrong, but so far I haven’t needed them at all. No complaints

Bought from tailfin and the best part for me was how clear the instructions were. I’m not exactly the handiest person, so I usually expect to spend half the time figuring out what the directions are trying not to say. But these were laid out properly, with pictures that actually helped and steps that made sense in order. I got it done quicker than I thought I would. Not naming names, but plenty of companies could learn from this. Easy 5 stars from me just for that.

I’ll admit, I was a bit side-eyeing the price at first because it’s definitely not cheap. But after a few trips, it does feel like it earns its keep. It’s solid, fits on easily, and hasn’t given me any trouble so far. Still think they could’ve been a little kinder on the price, but overall I’m happy with it

I was happy with this because it stays on really well. Like, really well. I didn’t have to keep fixing it or worrying about it coming off, which was nice. It just stayed in place the way I hoped it would

The rack itself works fine, so no complaints there. But the whole accessory setup feels a little too locked in. There are definitely useful add-ons, but they’re pricey, and figuring out which ones actually fit takes way more time and energy than it should. I hate wasting energy digging through options just to find a small part that does what I need.

I picked up the Tailfin setup because I wanted more space on the bike without going all-in on a traditional rack and panniers. So far it’s been great for weekend trips — plenty of room for extra layers, food, and the usual bits I like to carry. It also still feels compact, which I really appreciate. My only small gripe is that I wish one of the bag options was just a little bigger for colder-weather gear. Overall though, I’m really happy with it and would definitely suggest checking it out if you want extra storage without making the bike feel overloaded.

I’ve had the Tailfin rack on my bike for a few months now, it’s been a little fortress back there. I’ve taken it down some rough lanes, and there’s been no rattling, no strange wobbling, no tiny disaster sounds haunting me from behind, which was my biggest fear. Setup did take me longer than I expected, and there was a moment where I questioned my entire life, but once it was fitted, it absolutely stayed put. It’s definitely not cheap, but the stability is seriously impressive. I’d give it 4 stars.

I had an issue with the rack, which was a bummer and kind of wish I hadn’t had to deal with it. That said, they swapped it out really quickly and the return label process was painless, so at least getting it fixed wasn’t a hassle...

This has been literally so quiet and feels really solid. No complaints so far, just does what I need it to do.

Picked this up hoping it would fit my gravel bike, and yeah, it does. I was a little unsure at first because bike parts can be weird with sizing, but once I got it on there, it seemed fine. Haven’t put a ton of miles on it yet, so I guess we’ll see, but so far it’s doing what I needed.

The checkout process was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. But the delivery ended up taking longer than I expected, and that kind of threw me off. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it did make me trust the overall process a little less than I did at first.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, and it took me a minute to figure out how everything worked. But I do like how the different bits swap around depending on the ride. Once it clicked, it ended up being really convenient.

Support got the issue fixed for me, which I really appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but it reminded me of times I’ve had to wait on tech help at work — a little patience needed, but it worked out in the end

The Tailfin kit just looks really nice on the bike. It’s simple and clean, without big logos everywhere, which I really like. Everything sits neatly and doesn’t look bulky or out of place, if that makes sense. 5 stars from me on the looks side

I’ll be honest, I took one look at the Tailfin rack and immediately assumed it was going to be a hassle to fit. I was wrong. The instructions were clear, everything lined up straight away, and I had it on the bike in about 20 minutes. I’m not exactly a bike-mechanic type, so that was a nice surprise. First impression: solid, simple, and no annoying fiddling around

I was happy with it overall, the finish feels properly nice and it just has that solid feel where you pick it up and think yeah this is actually decent, no complaints from me.
